Barbados
Barbados March 9, 2011 I was probably the most excited about seeing Barbados because of all the great things I've heard about the island. The morning we arrived it was raining and overcast so we were a little worried that our excursion would not be able to take place. Once we got to the meeting point for our excursion we found out that it was fine for us to go since the water would not be really rough. Our excursion was called Tiami Sail, Turtles & Beach . It offered us a chance to snorkel in a sheltered bay with Green and Hawksbill Turtles. Along with snorkeling with the turtles you got to enjoy a catamaran ride along the coast and a chance to swim at a beach. The ride there was fine a little bumpy for me since it was kinda rough but the views were nice. The crew told us all about various parts of Barbados and also had to name drop that Rihanna is from the island and that Tiger Woods got married at one of the resorts we passed.
