31 Days 2013: Weight Loss!!!

Today has been an awesome day from start to finish!! Things just seem to falling in place and that makes me very happy as well as way less stressed. The best news of the day is that I lost more weight!!!! For those that were not aware I have been actively trying to lost weight since after I had Lexi. Well I lost the 25lbs of baby weight I gained in April, but wanted to lose more. So from that point on I started really focusing on losing weight. It already helped that I stopped having Starbucks multiple times a month and sometimes a week as well as pretty much stopped eating out. At home I focused more on healthier menu options as well as potion control. I also started tracking my food with MyFitnessPal . I truly believe those three things helped me continue losing weight because all I did for working out was walk. Best/Worst Baby Products

Now that Lexi is older I’ve been asked a lot lately about what products I found useful during the first six months. There are tons of products that were useful to me for many different reasons, but that would take too long to explain. I’ve decided that I would write a list of the five products I found most useful and the five products I found to be a waste of not only space but money. Just be warned my five best and worst may not be what works for every baby, but that worked for us. Five Best Products: 1.       Bouncer: The bouncer we had was a life-saver. We were determined to not hold her all the time, but needed a safe place to put her when we were not sitting on the couch so this fit the bill. Not only did it work for us but Lexi loved the vibrating. It put her to sleep for the first few months and then became a great toy for her to explore. She loved the music, sounds, and bright colors.
