 This was our first cruise aboard the Pearl and Norwegian. The Pearl has 16 dining options, 13 bars and lounges, a casino, bowling alley, spa, pools, and a fitness center. The pearl also features a rock wall on the back of the ship as well as two walking/running tracks. It also offers many entertainment options like Second City comedy troupe, Broadway style shows and Nintendo Wii on a 2-story screen just to name a few.

We honestly did not do much on the cruise ship as none of it really was interesting to us. The one thing we did was see a show by Second City and I have to say that they were amazing! It was a different type of comedy then I was use to seeing. I would definitely recommend checking out Second City if you have the chance. We spend a lot of time outside at night relaxing on a nice big comfy chair watching the sun set. We also walked around and saw almost every part of the ship.

We did eat dinner one night at La Cucina Italian Restaurant. The food was so good and the price was good as well. It cost us $10 per person to eat anything you wanted on menu. We ended up with a delicious plate of cheese, tomatoes ,and bread to munch on and then an entree plus dessert! Even John who is the pickiest eater enjoyed the food there.

  Florida Keys April 3rd-8th, 2021 Our Florida Keys trip was for Spring Break 2021. This was the first visit for my family, buy my in-laws who travelled with us have been a few times. We flew direct from Cleveland to Miami and then Miami - Charlotte - Cleveland return flight. Once in Miami we rented a car and drove down to the keys.  Day 1: We arrived in Miami around 10am or so. It's definitely a bar type restaurant, but for a quick lunch it did the trick plus the patio is nice and overlooks the ocean. Great views especially after being on an airplane all morning. 31 Days 2013: Weight Loss!!!

Today has been an awesome day from start to finish!! Things just seem to falling in place and that makes me very happy as well as way less stressed. The best news of the day is that I lost more weight!!!! For those that were not aware I have been actively trying to lost weight since after I had Lexi. Well I lost the 25lbs of baby weight I gained in April, but wanted to lose more. So from that point on I started really focusing on losing weight. It already helped that I stopped having Starbucks multiple times a month and sometimes a week as well as pretty much stopped eating out. At home I focused more on healthier menu options as well as potion control. I also started tracking my food with MyFitnessPal . I truly believe those three things helped me continue losing weight because all I did for working out was walk. A Guide to Maui with Kids!

This blog has been a long time coming, but I've entered a new phase of life where one kid is at school all day and another is gone two mornings of the week.
